- •2+ years of experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Postgres, AWS, and Git
- •Care for developer experience and write automated tests
- •Enjoyment of collaborating in small, agile teams
- •Confidence and self-sufficiency in ambiguity
- •Value servant leadership and mentoring
- •Curiosity and eagerness to explore new tech
- •Limited experience with Postgres via ORMs
- •Lack of experience in small engineering teams
