  • Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Enjoy building customer relationships and customer service
  • Experience with group facilitation and dynamics
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills in fast-paced situations
  • Ability to wear many hats and take on varied tasks
  • Comfort being present and interacting with large crowds
  • Ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Entry level experience

  • Join virtual planning meetings
  • Set up event on-site

  • Tear down and clean site areas
  • Problem-solve during events
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Represent Visit.org as a leader
  • Manage check-in process
  • Welcome guests warmly
  • Handle missing supplies
  • Address late staff issues
  • Resolve technology challenges
  • Escalate issues to Events Team
  • Send updates, photos, and videos
  • Clean site after event
  • Repackage and ship materials
  • Load boxes for shipping
