- Ensure high-quality customer experience
- Act as Visit.org representative at events
- Lead onsite team
- Align roles with onsite staff
- Manage event check-in process
- Provide a warm welcome to guests
- Problem-solve missing supplies
- Address late staff issues
- Resolve technology challenges
- Escalate issues to the Events Team
- Send event updates to Events Team
- Share event photos with Events Team
- Send event videos to Events Team
- Break down event setup
- Clean the event site after the event
- Repackage event materials
- Ship materials back to distribution center
- Pack event supplies
- Add shipping labels to boxes
- Load boxes for shipping
