Requirements

  • Strong academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in FP&A, business analytics, consulting, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and growth metrics
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets), complex formulas, data confidence; BI tools, SQL, or planning/reporting systems a plus
  • Analytical mindset, ability to turn complex data into clear insights
  • Clear, structured communication skills, explaining financial topics to non-finance stakeholders
  • Well-organized, reliable self-starter, proactive task ownership, priority management
  • Collaborative approach, pragmatic, hands-on attitude
  • Curiosity about product, customers, market; motivation to learn and grow

Tasks

  • Support annual budgeting, regular forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Analyze financial performance against targets
  • Highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Translate findings into actionable insights
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand performance drivers
  • Translate insights into robust financial plans
  • Provide financial insights for decision-making
  • Serve as a reliable finance contact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial transparency
  • Improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Create structure in ambiguous situations
  • Analyze SaaS metrics, unit economics, and growth drivers
  • Uncover financial risks and opportunities
  • Engage in strategic discussions and detailed analysis
  • Take ownership of financial analysis projects
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to colleagues
