- Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or similar Finance role
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence with financial/business data
- Advanced Excel skills; PowerQuery, PowerPivot or similar experience
- Experience with planning tools like OneStream
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
- Fluent English; German is a plus
