As a Founding Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Bliro's AI-based revenue intelligence platform, driving product strategy, and ensuring a seamless experience across all platforms while fostering a high-quality product organization.

Tasks

• •Co-own Bliro's product vision and strategy with the CTPO
• •Translate company goals and customer needs into a product roadmap
• •Balance short-term execution with long-term platform and AI strategy
• •Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery and impact measurement
• •Conduct product discovery with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders
• •Define clear problem statements, product outcomes, and success metrics
• •Transform ambiguous problems into well-scoped initiatives
• •Drive product development around AI workflows and automation
• •Collaborate with engineers to design scalable and reliable AI features
• •Manage trade-offs around latency, reliability, UX, and explainability
• •Ensure a cohesive product experience across Web, Desktop, and Mobile
• •Think in user workflows and jobs to be done, not isolated features
• •Design and introduce best-practice product processes
• •Implement outcome-driven roadmapping and prioritization
• •Establish structured product discovery and validation
• •Create clear, high-quality PRDs and decision frameworks
• •Facilitate product rituals that enhance focus without slowing teams
