Requirements

  • •Technical apprenticeship or training in a relevant field, e.g., Fluggeräteelektroniker, Elektroniker, or EASA certification
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience assembling wiring harnesses and electronics
  • •Proficiency in soldering wires, connectors, and PCBs
  • •Comfort with electronic diagnostic tools and troubleshooting workflows
  • •Care for precision, build quality, and structure
  • •Proactive, organized approach and deep sense of ownership
  • •Conversational English is a must; German is a strong plus
  • •Experience with sensors, signal chains, and testing setups
  • •Operating or tuning drones
  • •Familiarity with CAD, PLM, or MES systems
  • •Experience running environmental tests like vibration or thermal
