Tasks
- Partner with CEO on strategic initiatives
- Prepare board materials and investor presentations
- Support CEO in crafting long-term company narrative
- Collaborate with COO on company-wide planning
- Maintain operating cadence and KPI systems
- Develop and scale internal processes
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
- Manage product launches and market entries
- Implement operational improvements and internal workflows
- Build structured analyses and business cases
- Create decision frameworks for key decisions
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Develop systems to prevent recurring issues
- Prepare strategic insights and reports
- Ensure alignment between leadership and team
- Cultivate company culture in Stuttgart and Berlin
