Requirements

  • 1–3 years B2B sales, consulting, or startup experience
  • Strong ownership mindset, able to execute without direction
  • Excellent written, verbal, and cold outreach communication
  • Hands-on AI tools, automation platforms, or agent workflows experience
  • Ability to quickly learn SAP and enterprise software
  • Comfortable with technical conversations (architecture, systems, integrations)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin (on-site required)
  • Background in SAP, consulting, or enterprise software
  • Experience selling into or working with large enterprises
  • Startup experience in high-growth environments
  • Basic programming skills (APIs, scripting, working with LLMs)

Tasks

  • Prospect and build relationships with SAP consultants and enterprise stakeholders
  • Run product demos and technical discovery calls
  • Engage with technical stakeholders, including architects and project leads
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client engagements
  • Collaborate with founders on positioning, pricing, and GTM strategy
  • Build repeatable sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and growth systems
  • Design and automate workflows using AI tools, no-code platforms, or scripts
  • Continuously optimize outreach, pipeline management, and conversion processes
  • Negotiate and close deals with full ownership of the sales cycle
