Tasks
- Support Co-Founder & CEO in strategic and operational tasks
- Act as Co-Founder & CEO's closest ally and co-pilot
- Gain deep understanding of managing a high-growth start-up
- Play active role in shaping company's success
- Support Co-Founder & CEO in leading the company
- Evolve into company's operational backbone
- Act as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle action items from meetings
- Manage company affairs including real estate, insurances, and mobility
- Ensure management team focuses on core activities
- Represent VÆRIDION on European stage
- Advocate for electric flight
- Collaborate with industry partners for zero-emission aviation
- Lead and coordinate special projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee smooth operation of daily business activities
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- German – Business Fluent
- English – Business Fluent
