Tasks
- Own strategic projects from investor materials to market analyses
- Consolidate company metrics and coordinate data-room updates
- Track fundraising deliverables with leadership
- Prepare and structure key meetings
- Write concise decision one-pagers
- Follow up on tasks to ensure closure
- Manage time-sensitive priorities for the CEO
- Maximize CEO time with key stakeholders
- Keep cross-functional initiatives moving with clear timelines
- Maintain lightweight documentation and dashboards
- Ensure investor communications are clear and visible
- Represent founders in meetings when needed
- Pull and analyze data for strategic insights
- Build dashboards and automations
- Make product ideas testable
- Partner with Finance on reporting and forecasting
- Support hiring and onboarding processes
- Use AI-enabled tools to streamline manual tasks
- Speed up project cycles with automation
