Tasks
- •Lead technical Proofs of Value in customer environments
- •Install and configure the SDA platform
- •Validate platform capabilities alongside customer IT and OT teams
- •Resolve networking, security, and automation workflow blockers
- •Act as the primary technical contact during onboarding
- •Capture and translate customer feedback into product insights
- •Partner with Engineering to prioritize product roadmap improvements
- •Support sales calls and demos as a technical expert
- •Enable internal teams with execution-grounded technical knowledge
- •Create reusable technical assets and training content
- •Develop webinars, whitepapers, and technical solution guides
- •Produce technical demos and recorded video presentations
