• •Analyze customer workflows and system landscapes
• •Integrate Bliro into CRM and tool stacks
• •Customize AI agents and automations
• •Eliminate manual work with scalable solutions
• •Build integrations for SAP, Dynamics, and Salesforce
• •Manage APIs, data flows, and automation logic
• •Write Python scripts and complex AI prompts
• •Ensure reliable CRM and ERP data ingestion
• •Translate business workflows into agent logic
• •Improve automation coverage for manual tasks
• •Refine AI analytics based on customer feedback
• •Translate recurring needs into product features
• •Shape the roadmap for integrations and automation
• •Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• •Partner with Customer Success during onboardings
• •Execute technical tasks while aligning stakeholders
• •Provide technical feasibility support to Sales
