- Coordinate project execution with internal teams
- Identify product gaps and build custom tooling
- Influence the product roadmap through deployment learnings
- Collaborate with PMs to define agent goals
- Shape product capabilities to maximize customer ROI
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Guide best practices for AI agent adoption
- Advise on architecture design and security considerations
- Provide guidance on scalability planning
