Requirements

  • Completed studies in Project Management, Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering, or comparable
  • Over 5 years of work experience in a comparable technical discipline or organization
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Technical Project Management
  • Leadership mindset and skillset, assertiveness, independent work ability, and high communication skills
  • Experience dealing with customers like BAAINBw or German Air Force, including knowledge of their procedures and processes
  • Improved German and English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity

Tasks

  • Manage FTM projects in Manching
  • Achieve project objectives on time, within scope, cost, and quality
  • Comply with internal and external rules and regulations
  • Serve as interface for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare project proposals and align requirements
  • Coordinate project concepts and estimate costs
  • Create statements of work
  • Support price investigations
  • Prepare and execute PM documentation
  • Create and coordinate project schedules
  • Manage work breakdown structures (WBS)
  • Handle risk and opportunity management
  • Perform project controlling
  • Manage changes in project scope
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
