- •Engineer graduate or similar
- •Experience in shipping industry
- •At least 1 year experience ashore
- •Adequate qualifications in line with industry standards
- •Competent with various software
- •Such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- •Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
- •Ability to work independently and in a team
- •Willingness to be flexible to change priorities
- •Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- •Adapt at conducting research into project-related issues
- •Ideally, you already have a valid work permit for Germany

- •Comply with IMS and international regulations.
- •Ensure adherence to quality and safety policies.
- •Propose and report on performance improvement plans.
- •Assist in implementing transverse projects.
- •Learn vessel maintenance requirements.
- •Support superintendent with service and repair needs.
- •Maintain vessel archives and backup routines.
- •Monitor performance statistics and take improvement actions.
- •Attend vessels as directed by the Fleet Manager.
- •Follow up on defect reports and guarantee claims.
- •Assist SI and drydock manager throughout drydock.
- •Provide feedback on technical experiences and follow up.
- •Share lessons learned and implement changes on vessels.
- •Assist in planning and executing inspections and surveys.
- •Ensure vessel certifications are current in TOUCH.
- •Identify initiatives to optimize maintenance and costs.
- •Create purchase orders as needed.
- •Manage problematic invoices effectively.
- •Assist fleet with data collection and reporting.
- •Update SVI records and support superintendent follow-up.
- •Communicate vessel information and fleet changes.
- •Participate in crew briefings and training sessions.
