- •7+ years experience as Flavourist
- •Flavour Creation experience in Beverages
- •Expert level tasting and formulation skills
- •Expert knowledge of raw materials
- •Expert customer interfacing and problem-solving
- •Ability to present technical presentations
- •Expert knowledge of delivery systems
- •Expert knowledge of analytical methodologies
- •Expert knowledge of flavour stability
- •Ability to manage flavour assistants
- •Fluent knowledge of English
Tasks
- •Formulate new and modify existing flavors
- •Execute daily briefs and manage assigned projects
- •Ensure flavors meet manufacturing and regulatory standards
- •Lead customer visits and product presentations
- •Build relationships with complex customer accounts
- •Advise stakeholders on ingredient and flavor performance
- •Resolve production issues and customer complaints
- •Evaluate internal and external flavor materials
- •Prepare flavor samples for briefs and testing
- •Act as a local champion for new technologies
- •Coach and mentor flavorists and assistants
- •Maintain a safe and organized lab environment
- •Design and enforce laboratory safety guidelines
