- Ensure compliance with SLAs
- Handle tickets with defined response and resolution times
- Create and implement firewall changes
- Document firewall service changes
- Develop and maintain infrastructure and security documentation
- Configure firewall rules and NAT policies
- Implement routing adjustments
- Review and clean up firewall rule sets
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Resolve security-related incidents
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Work with international stakeholders
