  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzcontrolling
  • Sehr gute Excel- und BI-Skills
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und adressatengerechte Kommunikation
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Führungsmotivation
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Motivation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Controlling-Tools, Reportings und Prozesse aufbauen und weiterentwickeln
  • Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreports erstellen
  • Soll-Ist-Analysen durchführen und kommentieren
  • Budgets planen und Forecasts erstellen
  • Die Liquiditätssteuerung aktiv unterstützen
  • Management und operative Teams als Business Partner beraten
  • Zahlen verständlich aufbereiten und Entscheidungen vorbereiten
  • An Finanzprojekten zur Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung mitwirken
  • Mittelfristig die operative Führung des Finance-Teams übernehmen
