- 5 years in a Manufacturing Environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel
Tasks
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports for plant operations
- Assist in developing detailed cost center spending forecasts and budgets
- Analyze weekly and monthly variances to forecast
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and perform testing
- Participate in Daily Plant Operational Meetings and Kaizen events
- Understand key cost streams and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in the month-end close process, including journal entries and analysis
- Partner with the Plant Operations Team on strategic initiatives
- Provide decision support for key business cases and projects
- Support the Plant Controller and collaborate with Plant Operations, Supply, and Materials
- Update standard costs as necessary
