Tasks
- •Collaborate with the regional Operational Management and Revenue teams
- •Support hotels and leadership during budget and forecast processes
- •Execute annual budgeting and ongoing financial cycles
- •Analyze hotel results to generate decision-making insights
- •Monitor monthly accounting closings and generate performance statistics
- •Perform data collection and reliability checks on financial data
- •Analyze P&L performance against budgets and historical data
- •Participate in business reviews to ensure action plan implementation
- •Evaluate hotel results and KPIs to provide strategic recommendations
- •Develop reporting tools to track financial outcomes
- •Manage rolling forecasts to ensure high accuracy
- •Assist General Managers in reaching owner-agreed targets
