- Partner with C-level executives and key functions
- Collaborate with IT to automate analysis and design dashboards
- Develop deep understanding of Vitol's financials and investment performance
- Create rigorous, board-ready investment analysis
- Build performance analytics from scratch in Excel
- Explain P&L drivers, margins, exposures, and working capital
- Deliver variance bridges, sensitivities, and stress tests
- Produce clear, board-ready narratives and 1-pagers
- Recommend clear go/no-go decisions and next actions
- Define KPIs and design live dashboards
- Provide high-level strategic insight and detailed granularity
- Lead periodic desk and regional reviews
- Identify value levers and drive next steps
- Size new business opportunities
- Assess risks and design operating models
- Pilot, iterate, and implement new reporting processes
- Track adoption and measurable impact
