- 1–3 years experience in accounts payable or general accounting

Tasks
- Manage accounting activities for several Stratasys entities
- Collaborate with Regional and Global Controlling teams
- Review, code, and process high-volume vendor invoices
- Verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Resolve invoice discrepancies promptly
- Enter invoice data into the accounting system
- Generate accounts payable aging reports
- Maintain payment activity summaries
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries
- Reconcile Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRNI) accounts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances
- Assist with accruals and prepayments
- Prepare data for financial reporting and audits
- Provide documentation for internal and external audits
- Maintain organized records of invoices and payments
- Identify and implement accounts payable process improvements
