- Organize and maintain financial documents and records
- Prepare financial documents for the team
- Gather necessary documentation for grant applications
- Ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Review grant applications for accuracy and completeness
- Process invoices and track basic expenses
- Provide general administrative support
- Schedule meetings and organize files
- Collaborate with team members for smooth department functioning
