- •Business proficiency in English and German
- •Stellar academic performance and extracurricular activities

- •Initiatives in process automation via digital tools
- •Ownership of end-to-end finance processes

- •Lead the initial invoice handling and approval process
- •Manage weekly payments and offset credit notes
- •Propose revisions for the Chart of Accounts
- •Oversee internal and external accounts payable and receivable
- •Co-lead public funding and grant applications
- •Monitor grant status and manage required documentation
- •Support strategic finance and systems-implementation projects
- •Manage credit cards and perform account reconciliations
- •Assist with bank account openings and KYC documentation
- •Drive automation and financial process improvements
