- Strong IFRS 15 knowledge

- Strong financial modelling capability
- Experience with product and engineering teams

- Data diagnostics and monitoring skills
Tasks
- Conduct full gap analysis of Finance systems architecture
- Develop 24-month roadmap for Finance transformation
- Implement automated balance-sheet reconciliation processes
- Lead adoption of new holistic billing solution
- Manage integration of billing system with financial systems
- Procure and implement global e-Invoicing and e-reporting system
- Evolve Order-to-Cash processes for B2B2C and MVNE activities
- Remodel P2P process and integrate new procurement system
- Design and implement SOX standard controls across O2C, P2P, and R2R
- Collaborate with Internal Audit on testing and remediation
- Standardize reconciliations and reduce manual journals
- Compress month-end close to ≤5 business days
- Bridge inter- and intra-Finance functions across departments
- Build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Convert ambiguity into decisions, owners, and timelines
- Establish clear operating cadences with updates and logs
