- Educate end-users on new system functionality and features
- Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Deliver reports and recommendations to address business needs
- Maintain best practices within the ERP system
- Oversee Oracle Cloud Service Requests and administration tasks
- Create and maintain accurate process documentation and SOPs
Education
- Bachelor's degree
