- •Support and develop Oracle Financials Cloud modules
- •Troubleshoot and optimize existing financial system functionality
- •Ensure reliable performance of ERP Financials Fusion modules
- •Enhance global financial systems and processes
- •Support implementation, migration, and integration of Oracle modules
- •Educate end-users on new system functionality and features
- •Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation
- •Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- •Deliver reports and recommendations to address business needs
- •Maintain best practices within the ERP system
- •Oversee Oracle Cloud Service Requests and administration tasks
- •Create and maintain accurate process documentation and SOPs
