Finance Reporting Lead Analyst(m/w/x)
Driving re-engineering of COREP, FINREP, and statistical reporting for German legal entities in financial advisory. Strong negotiation and influence skills required. Direct involvement in capital markets transactions.

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Very good analytical and technical skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German (beneficial)
- Practical experience with Finance processes
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- MBA or Professional Degree (advantage)

Tasks
- Generate reports based on GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Analyze reports based on GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Submit reports to various constituencies
- Coordinate reporting with the Financial Reporting Team
- Support local regulatory reporting for German entities
- Oversee timely and accurate local regulatory reporting
- Manage COREP, Capital Monitoring, FINREP, and Statistical Reports
- Ensure efficient and targeted reporting
- Identify process improvements
- Drive reengineering initiatives
- Coordinate daily with the Budapest service center
- Coordinate projects for the German regulatory team
- Coordinate change initiatives for the German regulatory team
- Support finance relationships with German and other regulators
- Support finance relationships with banking regulators
- Drive and support change processes
- Ensure technical improvements from solution centers
- Ensure high-quality deliveries for German regulatory requirements
- Address future regulatory requirements
- Support implementation of new regulatory rules
- Implement tailored reporting requirements for stakeholders
- Work with auditors on regulatory queries
- Interact with international teams on regulatory reporting
- Ensure knowledge transfer across teams
- Assist with implementing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with senior leadership
- Contribute to strategic planning
- Establish guidelines
- Implement controls
- Execute strategic plans
