- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •Three years' professional experience in accounting
- •Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- •Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- •Desirable project accounting and donor-funded experience
- •Accuracy under deadlines and high autonomy
- •Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- •Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated nature
- •Excellent written and spoken English
- •German language skills (B2 or higher)

Tasks
- •Review and reconcile bank account activity
- •Monitor balances and support cash flow forecasting
- •Maintain accurate documentation for financial transactions
- •Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes
- •Track and follow up on accounts receivable
- •Execute monthly payroll and tax payments
- •Liaise with banks on routine operational matters
- •Provide monthly data to external accountants
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory and donor requirements
- •Prepare monthly project financial statements and reports
- •Assist project managers with staff cost allocations
- •Improve internal finance processes and systems
