Requirements

• •5–8 years of experience in finance
• •Hands-on experience in financial systems
• •Solid understanding of German accounting standards
• •Proven ability to work independently
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills
• •Fluent English required; German proficiency preferred
• •Experience with auditors and tax advisors is a plus
• •Business-minded and solution-oriented

Tasks

• •Build and implement a financial framework.
• •Select and manage local accounting systems.
• •Oversee bookkeeping, payments, and invoicing.
• •Manage cashflow in line with German GAAP.
• •Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• •Liaise with tax authorities and auditors.
• •Supervise monthly and annual tax filings.
• •Maintain internal controls and manage audits.
• •Act as a finance partner to the General Manager.
• •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• •Support reporting to shareholders and HQ.
• •Coordinate payroll and compliance with HR and Legal.
• •Manage employee salary structure and benefits.
• •Serve as a bridge to external service providers.
