Requirements

  • •Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Finance, or related field
  • •At least 5 years of experience in IT application management
  • •Proven leadership experience
  • •Strong understanding of finance processes
  • •Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Lucanet), workflow tools (Kendox, Yokoy), and payment systems (Windata, Stripe, GoCardless)
  • •Solid knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
  • •Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and structured working style
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus

  • •Lead and develop a team of IT Application Managers
  • •Provide 1st and 2nd level support for finance applications
  • •Ensure stable operation of finance-related systems

  • •Drive projects to support digital transformation initiatives
  • •Manage governance and vendor relationships
