Requirements

  • EU passport or existing German work permit
  • Prior experience in start-up, VC/PE fund, consulting, or banking
  • Strong analytical background with quantitative data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar, or prior sector experience
  • Basic understanding of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows
  • International and multicultural mindset/background
  • English working proficiency

Tasks

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of finance and investment professionals
  • Prepare strategy and marketing materials for investors
  • Support investor relations activities
  • Prepare advisory board decks
  • Participate in investor calls
  • Contribute to quarterly reporting
  • Liaise with fund administrators, lawyers, and banks
  • Contribute to fund finance activities
  • Take on additional responsibilities to build a world-class venture capital fund

Education

  • Master's degree
