Tasks
- Lead the finance function for Germany
- Manage month-end close and long-range strategic planning
- Build and mentor a finance team of three
- Foster a culture of accountability and shared ownership
- Advise German and US leadership on financial strategy
- Translate financial data into actionable insights
- Implement and optimize ERP systems
- Support scalable and efficient operations
- Oversee project-based financial management
- Track hours, materials, and margins precisely
- Ensure compliance with German financial regulations
- Harmonize finance practices across Europe
- Support cross-border initiatives
