- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience supporting complex, resource-intensive delivery models, ideally in outsourcing or professional services
- Strong expertise in forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management
- Proven expertise in forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modelling
- Strong commercial acumen with focus on profitability, margin protection, and financial delivery
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and influencing skills, confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management systems
Tasks
- Provide financial leadership and business partnering support
- Ensure strong financial governance across projects
- Support end-to-end project financial management
- Act as primary finance business partner to leadership
- Provide financial insight and guidance for decisions
- Partner with Operations, Business Development, Contracts, and Compliance
- Support governance forums and leadership discussions
- Lead project and portfolio level forecasting
- Develop and maintain scenario planning models
- Assess financial impact of changes in scope or client demand
- Evaluate recruitment and resourcing assumptions
- Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities
- Escalate issues with recommended mitigation actions
- Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial forecasts
- Maintain oversight of actual spend versus budget and forecast
- Support project managers in managing costs and margins
- Drive corrective actions for spend or forecast deviations
- Embed financial discipline throughout project lifecycle
- Provide financial support for project lifecycle stages
- Ensure financial processes support transparency and auditability
- Work with Billing, Cash Collections, DSO Management, Budgeting, and Business Analysis
- Support internal and client-facing financial reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes
- Lead and develop finance resources
- Ensure strong forecasting, scenario planning, and project financial management capabilities
- Promote best practices and consistency in finance support
