Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar; professional qualification is a plus
- Substantial experience in controlling, FP&A or commercial finance
- Confident working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and IFRS reporting
- Analytical strength with business acumen and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Clear communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Structured, hands-on work with high ownership, accuracy and compliance awareness
- Enjoyment of leading teams and collaborating in cross-functional, matrix organisation
- Fluent in German and English (business fluent / negotiation level)
Tasks
- Shape and execute financial strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
- Deliver accurate month-end closing and management reporting
- Conduct variance analysis
- Provide actionable financial insights
- Drive profitability through pricing and margin analysis
- Optimize costs
- Evaluate business cases and investments
- Assess strategic opportunities
- Ensure IFRS, tax, and internal control compliance
- Oversee project accounting
- Manage revenue recognition (IFRS 15)
- Monitor WIP
- Support digitalization of financial systems
- Improve financial processes
- Lead and develop the Finance team
- Foster a culture of accountability and integrity
Work Experience
