- Fluent in English
- German is an advantage
Tasks
- Oversee ITBA Business Lines Service and General Industry
- Support Business Line Managers in decision-making
- Safeguard internal controls and company assets
- Identify areas for improvement
- Support financial systems, reporting, tax planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and investment analysis
- Ensure compliance with 'The Way We Do Things'
- Comply with local statutory regulations and legal requirements
- Report to government departments and regulatory entities
- Provide regular, concise, and insightful dashboards to Business Line Manager
- Lead and coordinate financial reporting activities
- Develop and implement companywide and divisional business plans
- Define financial budgets and targets
- Review, monitor, and control the planning process
- Identify and escalate potential risks
- Draft and oversee implementation of corrective action plans
- Prepare for and participate in Business Review and Board Meetings
- Collaborate with departments to facilitate business improvements
- Implement ERP best practices to maximize profitability
