Requirements

  • •Enrollment in a Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • •Availability to start no later than February 1st for a full-time internship
  • •Strong skills in Excel and confidence with financial data
  • •First experiences in process automation or AI-powered tools
  • •Prior internship or working student experience in finance, consulting, banking, or startups
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Take ownership of monthly cashflow reporting
  • •Gather and model data for reporting
  • •Communicate with stakeholders regarding cashflow
  • •Support automation initiatives in finance processes
  • •Leverage AI tools or scripting for invoicing and workflows
  • •Assist in preparing for year-end close and audit
  • •Collaborate with internal and external teams for audits
  • •Help with international tax compliance topics
  • •Manage document exchange processes with external advisors
  • •Work closely with the Head of Finance on analyses
  • •Contribute to strategic finance initiatives
  • •Enhance Power BI-based reporting infrastructure
