Tasks

  • Process supplier invoices via Concur/SAP
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policy and VAT regulations
  • Review and approve supplier payments
  • Coordinate with AP team for timely supplier payments
  • Liaise with HR London Team for payroll execution
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll reporting
  • Release payroll payments at the bank
  • Liaise with European finance team for monthly balance sheets and P&L
  • Record accruals, prepayments, and taxes
  • Update balance sheet accounts by quarter-end and year-end
  • Liaise with external accounting firm for statutory financial statements
  • Prepare and submit budget and forecast in Pigment
  • Review daily cash levels
  • Manage funds to and from the cash pool
  • Optimize internal processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate VAT reporting
  • File VAT returns annually and monthly
  • Liaise with external accounting firm for annual tax declaration
  • Review correspondence with tax authorities
  • Prepare and submit quarterly tax package
  • Ensure legal and tax compliance
  • Manage risk and serve as main point of contact for auditors and banks
  • Collaborate with tax consultants for ongoing compliance
  • Assist with transfer pricing documentation
  • Report compliance and legal matters to internal teams
