Description

As a Finance and Accounting Manager, you will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and collaborate with various teams to enhance processes. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing accounts, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• •Leadership of core processes or teams
• •Familiarity with Private Equity environments
• •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• •Audit/Accountant qualification
• •Full professional fluency in German and English
• •Proficiency in DATEV
• •Experience in Xero
• •Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• •Advanced Excel skills
• •Familiarity with Pigment
• •In-depth understanding of accounting principles
• •Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
• •Strong organisational and time-management skills
• •Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• •Ability to identify issues and implement process improvements
• •Experience with automation or AI-driven tools

Tasks
