Requirements
- Relevant experience in finance role (VC/PE)

- Basic understanding of fund accounting principles
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and compliance
- Willingness to learn and grow in fund accounting, reporting, compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in Google suite
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar) is a strong plus
- Proactive attitude toward identifying AI for manual work reduction
- Proactive attitude toward identifying AI for output quality improvement

Tasks
- Lead financial analysis projects
- Assist with investor reporting
- Coordinate with external fund administrators
- Support fund accounting and treasury processes
- Track fund reporting and compliance requirements
- Support financial analysis of portfolio companies and funds
- Work with cap tables and build waterfall models
- Drive strategic insights from portfolio benchmarking
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate data analysis
- Serve as primary point of contact for fund investors
- Address investor inquiries and provide updates
- Prepare and distribute capital call notices
- Prepare and distribute distribution notices
- Prepare quarterly reports for investors
- Maintain investor records
- Ensure compliance with investor agreements
- Work with external fund administration service providers
- Assist in fund formation
- Onboard new investments
- Manage fund-related documents
- Manage fund management software providers
- Streamline document processing with AI tools
- Streamline data extraction with AI tools
- Streamline fund administration workflows with AI tools
- Ensure accurate fund transaction records
- Prepare quarterly financial reports for investors
- Prepare annual financial reports for investors
- Coordinate with external auditors for fund audits
- Coordinate with tax professionals for tax filings
- Assist with fund payments
- Manage fund cash
- Prepare required regulatory reports
- File required regulatory disclosures
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams
