Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Experience in cost accounting or finance
- Experience with finance data tools
- SAP Controlling FICO experience
- Interest in IT applications and systems
- Critical, inquisitive, persistent, and rigorous
- Ability to work across all levels
- Experience in Microsoft Suite and PowerBI
- Data management across multiple platforms
- Performance Excellence or Six Sigma experience
- Independent and matrix organization work
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Empathy for different people and cultures
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- English and German language skills
- Willingness to travel for project work
Tasks
- Maintain SAP financial master data
- Manage profit and cost center hierarchies
- Execute master data cleansing and validation
- Perform month-end closing reconciliations
- Resolve financial issues with EMEA colleagues
- Process monthly recharges via Blackline
- Manage BU IT budgeting and reporting
- Control G&A actuals and planning processes
- Coordinate templates with business partners
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Corning policies
- Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 documentation
