Requirements
- •MSc in quantitative discipline or comparable
- •Experience in finance or accounting departments
- •Understanding of financial processes and reporting
- •Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- •Advanced Excel skills; VBA is plus
- •Knowledge of SQL or basic programming
- •Experience with ERP systems like Netsuite
- •Experience in start-up or scale-up environment
- •Independence, ownership, and proactive problem-solving
- •Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- •Fluent English; German is a plus

Tasks
- •Coordinate the monthly payroll process
- •Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs
- •Liaise with external payroll providers
- •Manage the full accounts receivable cycle
- •Issue invoices and monitor payment timelines
- •Follow up on outstanding receivables
- •Maintain accurate aging reports
- •Support revenue reconciliation
- •Verify and process vendor invoices
- •Ensure proper cost allocation
- •Maintain organized financial documentation
- •Perform regular bank reconciliations
- •Monitor cash flow and track liquidity
- •Flag financial variances to management
- •Support month-end closing activities
- •Assist with quarterly financial reports
- •Document organizational processes and workflows
