• •Provide daily and weekly sales targets to the team
• •Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports
• •Update the Store Manager on action plans
• •Control costs and manage store operations
• •Oversee stock management, payroll, and admin tasks
• •Inspire and motivate the team through training and coaching
• •Develop product knowledge within the team
• •Assume responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
• •Ensure strong visual standards throughout the store
