Description

In this role, you will support customers and sales partners across Europe by providing technical service and troubleshooting for pump systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve hands-on problem-solving, product validation, and enhancing service processes.

Requirements

• •Certified technician in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification
• •Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, testing, or technical support for industrial equipment
• •Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• •Ability to read technical drawings and schematics (CAD, P&ID)
• •Experience in cleanroom environments or biopharma applications
• •Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• •Ability to work independently and organize service schedules
• •Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• •Willingness to travel across Europe; valid driver’s license required

Tasks

• •Provide remote and on-site support for pump system commissioning, maintenance, and minor repairs
• •Conduct product testing and validation in R&D labs
• •Diagnose technical issues and assist with product configuration
• •Plan service routes and coordinate customer appointments independently
• •Document service activities and performance data
• •Act as a technical contact for customers and sales partners
• •Deliver product training and technical support in-house or on-site
• •Contribute to the development of service structures and processes
