- Willingness to travel approximately 60-70 percent, mostly within Germany, occasionally within Europe
- A driving license (Class B or 3) is mandatory
Tasks
- Act as the interface between customers and Sungrow
- Take ownership of dispatched customer issues
- Provide service and customer support during field visits
- Diagnose errors and technical problems
- Deliver support and service solutions for customers
- Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks on-site
- Conduct upgrades and rework activities
- Assist project management during commissioning and site acceptance services
- Follow operational procedures and practices consistently
- Adhere to health and safety instructions and regulations
- Ensure documentation and work instructions are up-to-date for service contracts
- Create documentation and processes for existing and upcoming service activities
Work Experience
- 2 - 5 years

- Bachelor's degree
