- •Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science.
- •Experience servicing electro-mechanical products preferred.
- •Exceptional customer service skills.
- •Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical systems.
- •Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- •Detail-oriented.
- •Ability to follow procedures without deviations.
- •Ability to lift 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg).
- •Willingness to travel up to 50%.

- •Perform maintenance on Molecular Cartography™ platforms.

- •Coordinate service activities with site personnel.
- •Provide technical support via remote and phone.
- •Train others on servicing Molecular Cartography™ platforms.
- •Generate service instruction documentation.
- •Propose design changes for improved reliability.
- •Follow all safety policies and procedures.
