- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Train operators on equipment use and troubleshooting
- Maintain service logs and complete reports
- Document technical issues and solutions
- Report findings to the service team
- Act as the face of the company to customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Explain technical issues clearly and professionally
- Follow safety regulations and company policies
- Ensure equipment complies with industry standards
- Execute risk assessments when required
- Travel frequently to customer sites on short notice
- Work flexible hours for urgent repairs
