Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanics preferred)
  • •Experience in field service roles
  • •Technical knowledge of electronics and automation
  • •Experience in developing service processes
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
  • •Willingness to travel extensively
  • •Valid driver’s license
  • •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Tasks

  • •Lead onsite system installation and troubleshooting
  • •Diagnose and repair complex customer equipment
  • •Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems
  • •Execute equipment upgrades with the R&D team
  • •Advise customers on equipment care best practices
  • •Manage technical relationships for key customer accounts
  • •Document service procedures and quality issues
  • •Develop service processes and KPIs with leadership
  • •Create and maintain comprehensive technical manuals
  • •Train customers on first-line troubleshooting
  • •Provide field feedback to R&D and engineering
  • •Test and evaluate new product features
  • •Manage spare parts inventory for timely delivery
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
