Requirements

  • Vocational training in mechatronics or electronics, ideally technician qualification or electrical engineering degree
  • Professional experience in technical service for national/international customers, ideally initial SUSS systems experience
  • Solid knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and control engineering
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 80%) and high flexibility
  • Independent working style and excellent customer communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level); basic SAP knowledge is an advantage

Tasks

  • Install complex systems worldwide
  • Commission systems at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot system issues
  • Ensure smooth start-up
  • Perform maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve malfunctions efficiently
  • Train customer personnel on system operation
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Provide phone support for urgent issues
  • Offer quick solutions
  • Act as a company-customer interface
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Support Technical Support and Engineering
  • Develop new modules and components

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
