Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will engage in a variety of service activities, including conducting safety tests and providing on-site support. This role involves managing schedules and promoting service offerings, all while ensuring exceptional customer service in the medical device industry.

Requirements

• •Professional background or qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or related discipline
• •3–5 years of field experience in servicing analytical equipment or comparable devices
• •Willingness to travel to the UK for training purposes
• •Excellent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
• •Possession of a clean driving license

Tasks

• •Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc service activities
• •Provide responsive support through telephone diagnostics
• •Perform on-site service visits
• •Conduct VDE 0701/0702 safety tests on customer equipment
• •Document safety test results accurately
• •Manage your work schedule efficiently
• •Handle technical escalations effectively
• •Promote the company’s contract service offerings
